How long does delivery take in Pakistan?
Orders usually arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your city. You’ll get tracking details as soon as your package is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, ELLUVI ships only within Pakistan. We’re working on expanding soon, so stay tuned!

Can I use ELLUVI products if I have sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulas are made to be gentle, but as with any skincare, we recommend patch-testing first.

Can I use multiple ELLUVI serums together?

Are ELLUVI products safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Some products, like those with Retinol (Vitamin A), should be avoided. Always consult your doctor before adding new products.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Yes, unopened and unused products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. Just contact us and we’ll guide you through it.
